VISIT AND ENTRY

The path to Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen is paved and mostly barrier-free. The main entrance has stairs with railings and a fairly steep ramp.

For wheelchair users, the accessible entrance is located via the courtyard at the corner of Geltenwilerstrasse and Davidstrasse. This entrance features a gentler ramp, and the path is paved.
If you are entering via the courtyard, please call us at +41 71 222 10 14, and we will open the door for you.

Parking is available on Davidstrasse or in the underground parking on Pestalozzistrasse, where wheelchair-accessible spaces are available.

EXHIBITION SPACES

The exhibition spaces of Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen are fully accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. There is a threshold between the exhibition space and the foyer, for which we can provide a ramp. The foyer has an unattended cloakroom.

BATHROOMS

Restrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of Davidstrasse 40. The key is available at the reception.

An accessible toilet for wheelchair users is located on the 1st floor of Davidstrasse 42, in the same building. It can be reached via an elevator with accompanying persons. The key (eurokey) and a location map are available at the reception. Alternatively, a team member will be happy to assist you if possible.

GUIDE DOGS

Guide dogs are welcome at Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen and may accompany visitors into the exhibition.

Tuesday to Friday: 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Closed on Mondays and certain public holidays
We are only open when we show exhibitions.

Accessibility

The Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen is almost free of barriers.
The main entrance is on Davidstrasse. It has stairs.
The accessible entrance is via the courtyard.
The entrance to the courtyard is at the corner of Geltenwilerstrasse and Davidstrasse.
There is a ramp (approx. 8% incline), and the path is paved.
Call us when you enter via the courtyard. We will open the door for you.

The restroom for wheelchair users is on the first floor. It is accessible for wheelchair users with accompanying persons.
