Exchange project with the Shedhalle Zurich "St.Galler Künstler in der Shedhalle Zürich" from January 19 - February 23, 1986
The work of art understands itself in consequence not as a superordinate text product, which unites contradictory texts reconciliatory in itself, it understands itself not as a precipitation and thus as illustration and end of energy, but rather as a perpetual beginning and producer of a flow of energy between 'work' and 'viewer'. The works of Ian Anüll, Adrian Schiess and Daniel Zimmermann are real adventures. They force the viewer to cross the constantly changing direction and bed of the tearing flow of energy towards new experiences in the jungle of the ever-foreign other.
